Once your report is generated, the genetic data is permanently deleted from memory and cannot be retrieved.

4. Data Storage and Security

Personal information (such as name and email address) is stored securely on the Squarespace platform. Uploaded genetic data is processed using secure, temporary (ephemeral) memory and is never stored or retained.

We follow strict data protection practices in accordance with UK GDPR regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.
